1. How to Cancel a Subscription: 

  • Android Users: Subscriptions can be canceled via the Mesinkira App by navigating to the ‘profile page’ and following the prompts to cancel. 
  • Web-App Users: Navigate to the ‘manage subscription’ section and follow the prompts to cancel the subscription. 
  • iOS & Apple Users: Please be advised that all subscription management and plan upgrades are handled exclusively through Merchant Portal and Android App. In accordance with Apple’s platform guidelines, these specific billing actions including cancellation are not available directly within the iOS app. 

 

2.Notice for iOS Users – Managing Plans: 

  • To change or cancel a plan, please log in to the Merchant Portal via a web browser. 
  • Actions that can be performed through the Merchant Portal include upgrading or changing subscription tiers, managing billing details, renewal cycles, and reviewing transaction history. 
  • To update a plan: Go to the official Merchant Portal website, log in using the appropriate credentials, and navigate to the “Manage Subscriptions” section. 
  • Note: Changes made in the Merchant Portal will sync automatically with the app. 

3.Collection Costs 

If action is taken to collect any unpaid subscription fees, all costs incurred in doing so (on a full indemnity basis) must be paid. 

4. Refund Policy & Gateway Processing: 

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for both Monthly and Annually subscriptions.
  • The application process for the online payment gateway takes approximately up to 2 weeks to complete. 
  • A refund will only be considered if there are legal or regulatory obligations.
