1. How to Cancel a Subscription:<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Android Users:<\/span><\/b>\u00a0Subscriptions can be canceled via the\u00a0Mesinkira\u00a0App by navigating to the \u2018profile page\u2019 and following the prompts to cancel.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Web-App Users:<\/span><\/b>\u00a0Navigate to the \u2018manage subscription\u2019 section and follow the prompts to cancel the subscription.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • iOS & Apple Users:<\/span><\/b>\u00a0Please be advised that all\u00a0subscription management and plan upgrades are handled exclusively through\u00a0Merchant\u00a0Portal and Android App.\u00a0In accordance with\u00a0Apple\u2019s platform guidelines, these specific billing actions\u00a0including cancellation\u00a0are not available directly within the iOS app.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        2.Notice for iOS Users \u2013 Managing Plans:<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        • To change or cancel a plan, please log in to the Merchant Portal via a web browser.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
            \n
          • Actions that can be performed through the Merchant Portal include upgrading or changing subscription tiers, managing billing details, renewal cycles, and reviewing transaction history.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
              \n
            • To update a plan: Go to the official Merchant Portal website, log in using the\u00a0appropriate credentials, and navigate to the \u201cManage Subscriptions\u201d section.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Note: Changes made in the Merchant Portal will\u00a0sync\u00a0automatically with the app.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              3.Collection Costs<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

              If action is taken to collect any unpaid subscription fees, all costs incurred in doing so (on a full indemnity basis) must be paid.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

              4. Refund Policy & Gateway Processing:<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

              • Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for both Monthly and Annually subscriptions.<\/span><\/li>\n
              • The application process for the online payment gateway takes\u00a0approximately\u00a0<\/span>up\u00a0to 2 weeks<\/span><\/b>\u00a0to complete.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
